The first discussion to understand your matter is free. Fees are quoted only once the work is defined — drafting, filing or appearance.
चेक बाउंस केस में कितना समय लगता है?
चेक बाउंस होने के 30 दिन के अंदर कानूनी नोटिस भेजना ज़रूरी है। नोटिस के बाद 15 दिन का समय दिया जाता है, और भुगतान न होने पर धारा 138 के तहत शिकायत दायर की जाती है। विस्तार से समझने के लिए यह लेख पढ़ें।
Can you handle a matter if I am not in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Patna or Muzaffarpur?
Yes for most drafting, notice, GST and income tax work, which is done over phone, email and WhatsApp. Court appearances are limited to these cities and nearby districts.

Which documents should I bring to the first meeting?
