This website belongs to PSR & Associates, a firm of advocates and tax consultants with offices in Delhi, Patna and Muzaffarpur. This page explains what information the site collects, what is done with it, and the limits on what anything published here should be taken to mean.

Information collected
This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not run advertising or tracking for advertisers. Information reaches the firm in only two ways:
- Through the enquiry form. When you fill in the form on the contact section, the details stay in your own browser until you press the button. Pressing it opens WhatsApp with a message already written; nothing is sent, saved or transmitted anywhere unless you then choose to send that message yourself.
- When you contact us directly. If you call, send WhatsApp or write an email, the firm receives whatever you choose to share — usually your name, phone number, city and a description of your matter.
Basic technical information such as your approximate region, device type and the pages viewed may be recorded in aggregate by the hosting provider for security and performance. This is counted in totals and is not used to identify you personally.
How the information is used
Anything you send is used only to respond to your enquiry, to understand your matter, and to advise or represent you if you go on to engage the firm. It is not sold, rented, published, or shared for marketing by anyone.
Information may be disclosed only where it is necessary to act on your instructions — for example when filing before a court, tribunal or government department — or where disclosure is required by law or by an order of a court or authority.
Confidentiality of client communication
Once you engage the firm, communications between you and your advocate are treated as privileged and confidential in accordance with the Indian Evidence framework and professional conduct rules. Please note that an enquiry alone does not create an advocate-client relationship; that begins only when the firm has agreed to act for you and the terms are settled.
Third-party services
A small number of outside services are used to run the site, and their own policies apply to information passing through them:

How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to engagement are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Where the firm acts for you, case papers and correspondence are retained for the period required by professional obligations and by law, after which they are destroyed or returned.
Your choices

Please do not send confidential material with a first enquiry
Until the firm has confirmed that it can act for you, avoid sending original documents or sensitive details over WhatsApp or email. There may be reasons — including a conflict of interest — why the firm cannot accept a matter, and unsolicited material sent before that check is not protected in the same way.
